Obituary for Janet M. Cameron

Mrs. Janet M. Cameron, age 66, passed away following a brief illness, in the University of Vermont Medical Center, Wednesday, November 22, 2017. She was born in St. Albans, June 24, 1951, daughter of the late Gerard and Elaine (Carpenter) Papineau. May 8, 1969, she married Richard Cameron. Together they owned and operated R & J Cameron and Sons Trucking Company. Janet loved to read, listening to music, in her younger years, she spent a lot of her time painting, and bowling. She will be fondly remembered for her love of spending time with her family.

Janet is survived by her husband Dick Cameron of Alburgh, her children, Rachel Lyn Corkins and her husband Ryan of Monkton, Randilyn Moxhet and her husband Patrick of Alburgh, Rick Cameron and his wife Jennifer of Danamora, NY, Bernie Cameron and his companion Meaghan Blair of Alburgh, her grandchildren, Joshuah, Jayson, Gabriella, Noah, Megan, Kate, James, Manyson and Lily, and a brother Richard Papineau of Roseburg, OR. She was predeceased by her parents, and a sister Marie McKinnon.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Brady & Levesque Funeral Chapel. Her family will receive condolences at the funeral home, 86 South Main Street, St. Albans, from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
