On March 2, 2012, our beautiful little princess Liberty MacKenzie died peacefully surrounded by her loving and caring parents Hayley Turner and Kenneth Lawyer.

Liberty was only with us for a few short months. Months that allowed family and friends to fall in love with her and allow her to learn and grow. Liberty was a child blessed with a huge family all of whom were able to spend precious time with her and will miss her greatly.

Liberty has a huge, contagious smile and the natural ability to make everyone notice her. Liberty loved to talk, even if it was only a coo or a goo, she would make sure you heard, even if it was 3 AM. Liberty also loved music, any kind but the moment she heard it, it would calm her and she would snuggle in for her listening pleasure.

Liberty was the perfect baby, and she will now be the perfect angel. Sadly those who love her in life can no longer surround her, but she can be comforted by those she will meet in heaven.

Liberty is survived by her parents Kenneth Lawyer and Hayley Turner, her brothers Shayne and Jacob Lawyer, her grandparents Martha Turner and David Turner and his wife Linda, her great-grandparents, Mary “Betty” Mercure, Ronald and Alene Turner, Julieanne Miller, and Alice Rouse. She also leaves her aunts Tiffany Trombley and her husband Lee, and Emily Morris, her uncles Jessee, Justin, and Kyle Lawyer, and Jeremy Elliott. She was predeceased and now joins her great-grandfathers Edward “Joe” Mercure and Woodbury Rouse, uncles, Mark Mercure and William Rockwell.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 6 to 8 PM, in the Brady & Levesque Funeral Home, 86 South Main St., St. Albans. Funeral services will be private.
